Importing a backup .pst file

I get an error message, "Properties for this information
service must be defined prior to use". This is a file I
backed up saving information from all subfolders

If you copied the PST file to a CD, you must first copy it back to the hard
drive. Then right click and select properties of the file. Clear the read
only flag.
