Importing a .bcm file

I exported my contacts and my business manager contacts from outlook. I then
cleaned my disk and reinstalled. I successfully imported my bcm file into
business contact manager but I am unable to import "my contacts" portion. I
see the file where I backed it up. It is a .bcm file
