Importing a CSV file to outllook address book

I have imported a CSV file to outlook 2003 I can see all the contact
details when viewing in outlook but when I select the address book it
will not display any fax numbers or names in the address list.Has
anybody got any ideas !!!

If you right-click the Contacts folder and choose Properties do you have a
tab which says Outlook Address Book? If you do choose that and make sure
Show this folder as an e-mail address book is checked.
