Importing a excel file into excel. having problems

Guys, i have a ms project file, when i import the table from Excel
only get the columns with the headings , i dont get any of the tex
between that is in each row and also it has the spaces for the text i
each row, but no text shows.

what do you suggest i try to do, this would be helpful to save time o
adding this into my ms project file.

Or are there any converters that would be useful.

You don't state the type of information that you are trying to take from
Excel into MSP. How are you currently putting in the information? Are you
using copy and paste?

Try importing the data using a Map. This allows you to map the headings in
your Excel file to relevant MSP fields. The data should convert and create
you a new MSP file. You could then copy this data into a larger project file.
