Importing a Public calendar to a Personal calendar?

I am using Outlook 2002 and I have been trying to copy all
the events in a publicly shared calendar and import them
to my personal calendar with no luck. I have tried
exporting the public calendar to a .pst file but can't get
it to import into my calendar. Any suggestion?

Also I would like to be able to have other users who I
give permission to view my calendar to be able to put an
icon for my calendar on their shortcut bar. Is this
possible without giving them permission to my whole
mailbox as I don't want them to be able to read my mail.
