Importing a single mailbox from Thunderbird to Outlook??

Can I import a single mailbox from Thunderbird to Outlook?

I can copy the Thunderbird mailbox to Eudora.
Import the mailbox from Eudora into Outlook Express.
Then import the mailbox from OE to Outlook.

Is there an easier way?

Yes - miss out OE. Outlook (at least 2007 can) will import directly from
Eudora...
