Importing a task from PC Outlook to Mac Outlook

I'm a Mac user in a mostly PC workgroup that sends tasks to each other
regularly through Outlook. I need to be able to easily accept and add
tasks that are sent to me by my other team members.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
