Importing Access 2003

I've recently installed Access 2003 (complete) and when I try to import data
into a table, I do not get the option to import from a .dbf or .txt (as well
as many others I'm sure). I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot
figure out how to get these options back. I use this tool on a daily basis
and really need to be able to import this way. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
