Importing Address Book data

how do I import my Address Book (v4.0.6) data into Entourage (2004 v)10.1.4? Similar previous queries have produced the following advice:-

If you want to do everything the easiest method is to sync. Go to the
Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> General Preferences --> Sync
Services and enable syncing for the Address Book. Follow the prompts to
replace everything in Entourage, replace everything in Address Book or
merge data.

When I do this I go Entourage/General Preferences/General .. but there is no Sync Services to be seen here

You must update Office 2004 to get this option. Sync Services were
introduced with Update 11.3.2. (this was rolled into the combo 11.5.0)

Download the 11.5.0 combo updater. Then there are two smaller updates.
11.5.1 and 11.5.2.
