Importing Address Book from Express to Outlook

I am installing applications on a new computer that will
run Outlook 2003. My old computer is running Outlook
Express. I was able to import my folders to Outlook on
the old computer and then export a file that I could put
on a CD and import into Outlook on the new computer. But
I can't get Express to Export my address book to a format
that Outlook can import.
