importing address book from Netscape or my 3½

Colossal crash!
Before that, I had the good sense to copy the address
book to a 3½ disk.

Netscape 7.0 found it, and copied it flawlessly. Outlook
(not Express)could find neither the Netscape address
book, nor the stuff on the floppy. I saved it as a txt
file, a csv file as well as a Netscape 7.0 address file.

This ain't right! Is there a patch I am missing? I have
Office 2000 on an XP platform.
