How do I import addresses if a destination folder is unavailable to select?
I'm trying to import e-mail addresses into my contacts folder so that I can
create a distribution list from it. Please advise.

Unanswerable.
Provide relevant details. Include Outlook version, import data source, steps
used, destination location, error messages, etc.

Destination Location: Outlook Contacts Folder
No Error Messages. The Destination location is not available to select.
Nothing shows up on the destination folder selection screen.
