importing addresses

hello..hope someone can help.....

i have a group of email addresses copied from an email
that i want to import into a column in excel where each
address is imorted into a separate cell (going up and
down). can some one tell me how do to this? thanks so
much.

wehn i try to import using the text import wizard, it
automatically imports the data into cells going acroos
left to right.

any suggestions???

Import them going across. Then select the range, Copy, and Paste_Special>Transpose into a blank cell
