Starting point...
#1) From Outlook file menu --> Import & Export ..... follow the screens
#2) Review the support file types - your "list files" must be one of the
supported file types - those are your <only> options for Outlook importing
#3) If your "lists" are not among any of the supported types, you'll need to
do one (or both) of the following:
a) convert the list into a supported file type/format and/or
b) if the list is generated from another program, export the data
again from that program in a supported Outlook format - most programs <there
are the odd exceptions) support exporting data in CSV file format - refer to
specific program help file/vendorsite for any additional info required
#4) Any questions such as "How do I import data from <program xyz>?" will
inevitably result in answer found above in #3b. The answer of what Outlook
supports will be found in item #2 above
Sidenote - the fields that can be imported to are restricted to those found
in the <Map Custom Fields> screen of the import process. If the field is not
listed or you want to import to any kind of user-defined/custom fields -
can't be done via the Outlook import process.
