importing an excel worksheet without the data that is currently hi

I am trying to import Excel data into another software program. The
worksheet that I am trying to export has hidden data that I don't want
included. How can I import the worksheet information without this hidden
data. Currently I end up seeing all of it.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Excel. It would probably
be a good idea to mention what version of Excel you're using (and perhaps
what the other software program is as well)
