If I export a vcalendar file from Oracle Calendar 9.0.4 (calendaring system
forced upon me at Work) and import into Outlook 2003, individual appointments
appear in Outlook on my desktop to be ok. But when I synchronise to my Pocket
PC (2002 Phone Edition), they appear on the PDA as All Day Events.
Any ideas why?
If I create an appointment in Outlook 2003 on my desktop, I can export it as
a vcalendar file, but if I create the appointments on my Pocket PC and these
are then synchronised onto the Desktop, I cannot Save As a vcs file. Instead,
I get the Operation Failed error message.
Any ideas why?
Are there properties of appointments which depend on where they are created
which can affect how readily they can be moved around between programmes??
[This is part of my quest to identify the best way to have a single,
coherent set of appointments appearing on Oracle Calendar 9.0.4 at Work,
Outlook 2003 at Home and Pocket Outlook 2002 on the move.]
