Importing and Exporting

Each week I import approximately 13 workbooks with updated Project data into
Project. Each workbook contains 2 tabs, one with Project/Task data and the
other with Cost information. The cost information is updated once a month
with actuals for the month, year to date, and monthly projections for the
remainder of the year.
Right now I run a map for the import (26 times). I'm wonderimng if anyone
has suggestions for automation. I would also like project to print the cost
reports for me too; including variances on monthly cost projections.

Would you receommend importing 13 worksheets or creating a consolidated
worksheet and importing once?


all 13 workbooks have different names and I am not sure how i would create a
macro that would allow me to change the spreadsheet name for each import.
