Importing and Transferring Bibliographies

Does anyone know how to transfer a bibliography library from one Word document to another? It's ridiculous having to enter the same information for every new document. Is there a 'master' library?

Hi kinglear,

In the Citation Palette, click on the little gear symbol at the bottom
right. Select Citation Source Manager. Now you can transfer info from
the Master List to the Current List--though it might still be one-by-one.

By the way, backup the Sources.xml file in username/Documents/Microsoft
User Data. That's where the info is stored.
