Importing Autocad dwg to Excel

Hi,
I want to import an Autocad Dwg to Microsoft Excel.
I want all the entities eg. lines and text converted as
excel entities.So that it can be edited in Excel itsef
not in Autocad. Is there any way. Thanks in advance.

To insert the cad dwg to Excel is possible;but to edit it is impossible.And
the computer has to install the autocad.
