Importing Avery Labels

I've downloaded an avery label from avery.com to my desktop. My question is: how do I install/import it into word so that when I do a mail merge it shows up in the list of avery labels?

It won't show up there.

You can make it into a mailmerge document template by putting the fields in
as needed.
