Importing Calender and Contacts

I have a older version of Microsoft office, and I want to import my calendar
and contacts from another computer (desk top) to my lap top in a different
location.

No need to import - simply copy the .pst file from the old to the new and
use Outlook's File->Open->Outlook Data File.
