importing charts from excel into illustrator CS3 solution

i have an easy solution for you to import these charts:

- open the excel file and choose the chart you wish to import (it is
important that you highlight the chart by clicking on the outer most
border)
- then right click on the chart and export as picture, choose pdf
format
- you simply open that pdf file in illustrator and it will be a fully
editable vector file like you were used to before this CS3 mess
