I just imported contacts from at TXT or CSV file into Entourage. Why do contacts that contact a comma in the Company name or address have a quotation around them? How do I fix this ????

Correction.. Why do contacts that contain a comma in the name or

This is because a comma is also used to separate addresses. Without the
quotes, E-mail applications wouldn't understand the difference between
addresses and partial names.

For example, notice the multiple commas in this correctly formatted list:

"Smith, John" <[email protected]>,
"Smith, Jane" <[email protected]>,
"Smith, William" <[email protected]>

Without the quotes, E-mail applications would see malformed addresses:

Smith,
John <[email protected]>,
Smith,
Jane <[email protected]>,
Smith,
William <[email protected]>

Hope this helps!
