Importing Contacts and Messages from Eudora 6.0

I'm trying to import my Contacts list and Messages from Eudora 6.0. I have multiple accounts, and I suppose that's complicating matters. When I try to "import" the files, Outlook only lists Eudora 2,3, and 4... Another spot indicated that I have to move the .mbx files to Outlook Express before I import them to Outlook. I don't have Outlook Express (at least I can't find it). Any ideas? Have I left out any pertinent information to get an answer
