Hopefully I can explain this better. I'm trying to switch everything (inbox,
contacts, and stored e-mail) to Outlook because MSN Mail constantly locks up.
My internet provider is MSN (now managed by Qwest). Unfortunately, neither
Qwest Customer Service or the Microsoft Office Help Desk (866-452-4755) could
help. When I click on my MSN butterfly icon to launch my browser, I go to my
home page: htttp://qwest.my.msn.com. From there, I select the "Mail & More"
icon in the top toolbar which brings me into MSN Mail (where I can access my
e-mail). To export contacts and stored e-mail, I went to my home page (My
MSN) and clicked "Help & Settings", Settings, Change your e-mail settings,
Import or export e-mail, copy e-mail, or import contacts, and Export e-mail
and contacts. However, MSN will only export to Outlook Express, and I'm
using Outlook 07. Do you have any other ideas on how I can transfer my saved
contacts and stored e-mail from MSN to Outlook 07? I tried importing my
contacts and stored e-mail using Outlook, but that didn't seem to work
either. A separate question...Within Outlook, it shows me two inboxes...one
under Personal Folders and one under my @msn.com folder (where my MSN Mail
was sent when I configured Outlook during setup). How can I move the latter
inbox into the Personal Folders inbox so I don't have two inboxes? Also, any
idea on how to delete the "Instant Search" banner at the top of my Outlook
inbox?

Not an Outlook question. We have no idea what you mean by "MSN mail." Seems
to me you should examine to what file formats "MSN mail" can export Contact
data, then pick one that Outlook can import. If you don't know, then
Outlook's File > Import and Export Wizard will show you the file formats
Outlook can import.

How can I import my address book (contacts) and stored e-mail folders on
MSN
Mail into Outlook 2007? Also, how can I delete the banner in Outlook 2007
at
the top of my Inbox that says, "Click here to enable Instant Search"? I'm
not interested in Instant Search, and I don't want to be asked about it
every
time I look at my e-mail.
