Importing Contacts - "File As" option

I am importing contacts via csv format(Comma Separated),
but for some reason, when they come into Outlook they are
filed by Last,First Name only. I would like to have them
filed by company name but can't get it to do so.
Under "Options", "Contact" I have set to "file new
contacts by Company (Last, First)", but Outlook seems to
ignore this command when importing data - it must only
follow this command when manually typing in a contact, not
importing a bunch. Is there some way for me to Import
under Company order?
