Importing Contacts from Access

This is most likely a previously asked question, but could
someone tell me how to import a contact list from a
database, particularly Access 2000?

Go to File > Import > import from file > choose Access > follow the wizard,
note at one stage during the wizard you will be given the opportunity to Map
fields this you will probably need to do.
