Importing contacts from Excel-address not importing - city,st&zip

I am importing data from Excel into BCM. Everything looks great, except for
the fact that my addresses are not being brought over, just the City, State &
Zip. I mapped everything out correctly (I believe). I mapped my 'address'
field to the 'business address' field. It is just not taking. Any
suggestions? thanks

When you map business address, BCM passes that field to Outlook, which picks
it apart and puts values into the individual zip, state, etc, fields. For the
best results, you should have separate columns in Excel for each field in the
address. If that's too painful, you can experiment with Outlook. Paste one of
the Excel addresses into an Address field, see how it takes it apart, and
play around address text to try and improve the results. Perhaps you need a
comma after street address, or something of that nature.
