Using Outlook 2007, Windows XP Professional
We're currently putting together a marketing database using Outlook and
Outlook Business Contact Manager.
We had a list of developers in Outlook which we exported, we'll call List A
directly into an excel spreadsheet. We then added to List A other names of
developers that we wanted to target and saved the list.
We now are trying to import List A from Excel 07 into Outlook Contacts. For
whatever reason, when we import, the entire list does not come through. I am
not sure what percentage of the list pulls through. I did not mess w/any of
the custom fields (left it as is)
In an earlier post, someone asked a similar question and there was a
response asking about a "named range rcovering entire data set". What does
this mean? Has anyone else had a similar problem w/exporting from Outlook to
Excel and then back into Outlook again?
Is there something I'm overlooking in the steps?
Thanks,
