Importing Contacts from Mac Address Book

I'm trying to import my contacts from Mac's Address Book
into Outlook, but haven't been able to figure out how to
do so and Mac support said they don't support Outlook and
that the Microsoft people would know how to import into
their program from any other program -- so please help.
