Importing Contacts from Palm Desktop 4.0 to Entourage

Has anyone done this successfully? I've tried and Entourage will NOT
accept an import from Palm Desktop 4.0 straight up... it looks like I
have to create another type of file for my contacts in Palm Desktop.

Please let me know what the fix is in order for me to easily import
contacts from Palm Desktop 4.0 to Entourage. Thank you.
