Importing contacts into outlook 2003 from excel

I am trying to import contacts from excel into Outlook
2003.

Can anyone tell me how to go about it pls???

The help wizard talks about an import wizard... I cant
find the wizard anywhere!!!

In older versions of Outlook one would use the app under
file.... Its no longer there!!

Try resetting your toolbars or delete the Outcmd.dat file.
