The Palm Desktop synchronizes with the Palm and you can hotsync from it to Outlook.

You can use "Intellisync for Yahoo" to export/sync your Yahoo contacts with Outlook. To download the program, open your Yahoo address book, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "sync" link. That will take you to a page with a download link.
