Importing Contacts to Word Address Book?

How do I get my updated contacts from Outlook 2000 to show
up accurately and updated when I try to use FILE, SEND TO,
FAX RECIPENT? It is not showing up accurately.

That would depend on which Fax Program you are using, which you didn't
mention.
