Importing contacts

I exported my contacts from Outlook 2000 on a server as an
Excel document; how can I import them to Outlook Web
Access? I do not see any options for doing so.

Outlook Web Access is basically just a fancy web page. It doesn't have any
options for import or export.

You need to put your Contacts in a folder on your Exchange server through
Outlook - then you can view them through OWA.
