importing contacts

I am attempting to import my contacts from Apple's Address book to
Entourage, when I select "from a Program" Address book is not an
option, when I attempt to export from Address Book then only Vcard is
an option not a text file. Any suggestions?

If you have Entourage 2004 updated you can sync with SyncServices.
