Importing .csv into Visio 2003

I have a program that has an export to visio option. When I use it, the
program generates a .csv. It uses its own stencil which I have also
installed. The .csv contains things such as X/Y locations, stencil ID, and
labels. Visio 2003 does seem to have a filter to import a .csv and that is
the only export format the other program supports.

Is there a way to import this into Visio 2003? Is there a download
available that will add a .csv filter?
