Importing Customer & Contacts from Maximizer 6.0

I have been using Maximizer Contact Management database for a long time. I just recently decided to upgrade my office XP to Office Small Business Edition 2003 and import all of my Maximizer (4,000 +) into Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager. I'm not really sure if this can be done and I would like to know if anyone out there has run into this situation. I would really appreciate the help. It seems from some of the other folks out there that even Act seems to have a problem with being imported as well
