Importing Data from a SQL Server DB into a Contact form?

How do I import data from a SQL Server DB Table into a designed Contact
Form? Also, if the data is changed in the form and the form is saved, I
wish to update the SQL table with the changed data.

You'll have to write the ADO code to set the desired Outlook ContactItem
properties and to update the database when the user saves the item. See
