Importing data from db2

I am being sent a WordPad text file that has information
in columns but the headings are not the same as the
headings that I have in my database. I need to import the
information from the text file to my Access 97 database.
Can anyone help me?

Jessie,

Click File/Get External Data/Import, navigate to your txt file, choose
delimited or fixed width, click Next.
Check First Row Contains Field Names box and then Advanced button. Rename
your fields as desired.
If you plan to do the similar exports again, click the Save As button, which
allows you to save the "Import Specification" and next time you can load it
by clicking the Specs button. Close the dialog and continue as needed.
