importing data from excel to outlook

does anyone know how to import event/day/time data from
excel to the calendar in outlook?

If you have the data organized in rows and columns in a named range in a worksheet, you should be able to use Outlook's File | Import and Export wizard.

the outlook calendar information looks like, so that a
file can be built to allow importing without having to
have the importer go through a wizard?
