Importing data from excel

I use an Access database program I created where I
transfer data from an Excel spreadsheet. Everything
works fine on my computer, but when I shared it with
another user in a different location he gets a Run-time
error 1004 when he attempts to import data from the
spreadsheet into the Access program.
