Importing data from external stencil

Is there any other tag that can be used instead of Foreign tag which
embedsthe bitmap pic of the object in the stencil for importing data from
external stencil file??

Not quite sure what you're asking.

Perhaps consider making a grouped shape, then putting the bitmap inside the
group as a sub-shape. If you have an imported bitmap just sitting on the
page and hit Ctrl+G, that will make it a group too. The bitmap will suddenly
be a sub-shape of the group, and the group will be a "normal" shape.
