Hi,

I am trying to import data into Entourage X that came
from Outlook Express 5.02. When I import in Entourage
from the file menu, I get an error stating that the data
can't be imported using this version of Entourage. What
do I do??

Please any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in Advance,

What do you mean "came from" OE 5.0.2? If it's still in OE 5.0.2, you simply
File/Import/Import from a program/Outlook Express 5, and browse, if
necessary, to the "Identities" (not Office X Identities, just "Identities")
folder in the Microsoft User Data folder. If you had been using OS 9 (or 8)
on the same computer, this particular MUD folder will be the one in the
Documents folder of the root of your hard disk. If you were using it on
another computer, you have to bring that "Identities" folder over from the
previous computer - you can put it anywhere. If you'd been using OE 5
successfully in Classic in OS 10.2 or 10.3 on the same computer, you'll find
the Identities folder in the same MUD folder in your User folder
(HD/Users/[username]/ folder) used by Entourage X. (But then X would have
probably found it by itself.)
