Beth or just call me Suicidal Sally

I am designing a large leads database. I have made one main table with names, address, phone, then seperate tables for companies, tradeshow leads, brochures ordered, travel interests, to name a few. I have made a form and added subforms to it for these seperate tables.

Then I have also made tables for individuals, companies and tradeshow (we track additional information on the latter two) and then made seperate tables for the travel interests, brochures ordered etc. Then I made the indiv, co and tradeshows have main forms and added subforms for the various questions

I can't figure out which is the better route here.

Questions: Now that I have done all this when I receive my leads we may get 400 at a time and we import them in the initial database I made which is not that good and doesn't track as much info. Importing is easy. With all these different subforms will I still be able to import this information easily? I am thinking not

My subforms aren't sycronizing their id numbers with the main form(I have been putting in practice leads and it's all googled up. main form id might be 13 and the age subform might be 3 .....grrrr

On the brochure orders, I can put in one brochure, but if we later send them something else it will let me put the info in but won't record it. It says it won't save it because the table has duplicate values. Also, Again the brochure order table and the main form have un-sycronized id's

Thank you in advance for you help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
