Importing data to Quickbooks Pro 2004

I have EXCEL 2003. Im going to purchase Quickbooks PRO 2004 but I have a concern. Quickbooks PRO 2004 supports data importing from EXCEL 2002 but will not guarantee that it will support data importing from EXCEL 2003. Has ANYONE tried to import data from EXCEL 2003 into Quickbooks PRO 2004 and were you able to do so????

Please help
