Importing Data

We use a query program for extracting data from our
application software into Excel. It works very well.

Normally we go to Data>Get External Data> Import Data -
then we can select the application software.

For some reason, Import Data has disappeared from my tool
bar, so I can't extract anything.

Just a shot in the dark here, but:
Try this:
View > Toolbars > Customize
Select 'Data'
Scroll down to 'Import data' and drag that up to your
toolbar.
