Importing Dependencies into Non-English XP Systems

I am trying to import an Excel file into MSP 2003. This Excel file is
generated on a Windows XP English system. I am using a comma as the list
separator character in the dependency list. When I import this into a
non-English XP system (such as a German system) the import of the
dependencies fails since the list separator is a semi-colon on most of those
systems. Our PS staff use a variety of English and non-English systems so I
need some mechanism that will allow the comma-separated dependency list to be
successfully imported into any of these systems. All systems are using
English MSP.

It is not an option to have each PS person manually change the list
separator character prior to doing the import.

Rod,

If I changed the comma to a semi-colon then the Excel file would not work
for the English laptop users. The Excel file I am generating must work on any
PC, whether the user is running an English laptop or not. I tried to find a
function that would tell me the language settings of the laptop on which I ma
running, but could not find one.

I would have two copies on the network then, one English one German? Or the
user can do the Edit, Replace themselves?

When creating exports to Excel regularly I always record macros to do the
work for me, so creating a second copy would be easy.
