Importing E-mail list from Excel

Hi,

I am trying to migrate my address book associated from a
website I have hosted with yahoo and normally accessed
through mailsender.net. The only way I can figure to do
this is to cut and paste the emails into excel & then
import into the contacts folder of Outlook. I think I
have done everything needed in terms of formatting the
outlook data, but I am getting the error message MAPI
error 0X80070057 when the data is being transferred. Any
idea how to get around this?

It is quite important that I figure out how to do this
soon.

It would sound like you've encountered a data issue during the import
process. The first thing you may want to try is converting your data to .CSV
format and try importing that. If that fails then you may want to try using
ContactGenie (link below) which checks for a number of things and also
provides a log of any errors encountered.
