Importing email/address book from Netscape 6.2

I can't figure out how to import emails or the address book
from my Netscape 6.2 email client program. The only import
options my version of Microsoft Outlook seems to allow is
Netscape Mail 2.x, 3.x. Anybody know what I need to do?
